Our story

On the slopes of Medvednica, in the town of Čučerje, in 1998, the story of Mesnica Šturlić began. From humble beginnings in an area of 70 m2, we have grown over time into a business facility of 400 m2, while maintaining the family tradition and dedication to quality that has lasted for three generations.

OUR HISTORY

In the very beginning, we marketed our meat products through wholesale, supplying hotels, restaurants and fast food.

Over the years, we have expanded our activities and adapted to the needs of the market.

Today, you can also find our products at the Dubrava and Utrina markets in Zagreb, where we offer premium meat products through retail.

Now we are also a frequent choice of collaborators who offer our specialties at fairs, sports tournaments, competitions and other events.

The goal of our business is to create new jobs, work on new products and expand production on the local and foreign markets.

We are dedicated to preserving tradition, but also following the latest trends and innovations in the production of meat preparations. Our mission is to continuously ensure the highest quality of products and the satisfaction of our customers.

OUR DEDICATION TO QUALITY

We maintain quality in production by adhering to the highest hygiene standards. By using the HACCP system and regular analyzes of products and premises, carried out by Eurofins Croatiakontrol, we ensure the impeccable quality of all our meat preparations.

Currently, the third generation of the Šturlić family is employed in the trade. Our offer represents a combination of tradition and a modern approach, which makes us recognizable throughout Croatia and beyond its borders.
